Wedding Guide & Proposal

Hi Goldie & Sean!

Thank you SO MUCH for meeting with me today! I really enjoyed our chat and learning a little about you and your wedding. I think we would make a great fit together on your wedding and I would be honored to be the one to capture it for you.

This is your proposal and wedding guide. You asked about DJ's and Videographers, so you'll find a list of those below. If you reach out to anyone, let them know I sent you and they'll treat you extra nice!

Your proposal is pretty straight forward - I added a few options with things added on like your 2nd shooter, additional time & photobooth. If you have any questions that aren't answered on this guide, ask me via the form at the bottom of this page.

If you want to move forward with me, just let me know and I'll get all of the next steps ready!

Thanks again!
- Colin

Vendors

One thing I've learned since I started this journey - great vendors equal a great wedding day. I've personally worked with everyone on this list and am SO STINKING HAPPY when I see them at one of my weddings.

Family time! Most of the time, 30 minutes is enough time to capture immediate family. The biggest benefit of taking family formals before your ceremony is that once your ceremony is over, you can go and enjoy cocktail hour.

Make your Day Perfect

Additional Products

No two weddings are the same, and it's important for you to get everything you need to make your wedding, and the memories of it, perfect.

Click the next button below to view more info about each of your selections.

Your E-session is your chance to be a little selfish and make the shoot all about your relationship! What do you like to do together? Where do you like to be together? What is your perfect day together? I can help you answer all of those questions to ensure you get photographs that remind you of what your relationship is about.

All engagement sessions last 1-2 hours and are paired with a design session for your engagement album, wall art and 100 complimentary custom Save The Date Cards. Sessions start at $750.

ADVENTURE ENGAGEMENT SESSION

The most important thing to invest in. Your wedding album serves as the storyteller of your wedding day and only the very best, most meaningful photos should go inside.

All weddings albums include your chosen size, choice of Italian leather, engraving or raised lettering, photo window, resting box, full design meeting, Moon Honey quality check, shipping and first 40 photographs.

Additional upgrades include more photographs, larger sizes, walnut box or parent albums.

Wedding Album

An engagement album is the easiest and best way to look back on this chapter of your relationship.

Engagement albums can also be designed as a guest sign-in book which leaves a lot of blank space around photographs. Guests will sign their names and write a message for you.

Additional upgrades include more photographs and a larger sized album. Engagement albums start at $600.

Engagement Album

When your wedding is over, the thing you can never buy more of  is time. And the more time I'm with you at your wedding, the more complete your story will be.

Whether I'm with you until the very end of your party - or following you to the after party - some of the best parts of a wedding are always those last few fleeting moments.

Additional time is always $350 per hour, or $1200 for 4.

Additional Time - Full Day

While I shoot 50% of my weddings on my own (and sometimes with an assistant), it's always helpful to have a 2nd shooter when the logistics of your wedding are too difficult for me to cover by myself. I also recommend a 2nd shooter when your guest count is over 150 people.

All of my second shooters are great photographers and close friends.

A second shooter is included in the Wedding Day collection, or you can add one for $750.

Second Shooter

Wall art is available from your engagement session and wedding day. It makes your space at home a little warmer, a little happier and just... better.

I find most couples will get multiple pieces from their engagement session and one baller piece from their wedding.

Wall art is available to you in canvas, metal and acrylic formats. And comes in Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large sizes. Not sure if a piece will fit in your home? Send me a photo and I can show you real-life mock-up.

Wall Art

Rehearsal dinner coverage is a great way to make your wedding a complete weekend experience. It also familiarizes me with all of the most important people from your wedding, and lets them get used to a tall bearded guy with a camera.

This photograph happened at a rehearsal dinner in 2018 and it's still one of my favorite shots ever.

Rehearsal coverage starts at $2500 and lasts up to 3 hours.

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage

One of my goals is to take as much work off your plate as possible.

100 Save the Date cards are always included with all engagement sessions. Additional cards are available at $75 per 50 cards. Cards also include envelopes. Back of card will have Moon Honey Photography branding.

Save The Date Cards

Sleek, minimal, contactless, digital. The Honeybooth turns any party up a few notches, and gives a ton of future blackmail material on your guests.

This is a great way to give your guests a little something to do when they want to take a break from the dancing. It's small, so it can fit virtually anywhere. Digital, which means that GIFs and photos will be sent straight to peoples phones where they can share their creations on social media.

The Honeybooth is a flat fee of $600 and is up and running for as long as I'm at your reception.
